Why Pet Posrtal?
It’s important now more than ever that you can keep up with your pet’s needs as conveniently and efficiently as possible. As pet owners, we don’t mind going out of our way to care for our furry or feathery friends, but in complicated times it’s nice to manage as much as possible from home.
At North Madison Animal Hospital in Jackson, TN, we understand that caring for pets means making life easier for pet owners as well. That’s why we established Pet Portal. Pet Portal is a secure, interactive website giving you (and only you) access to your online pet medical records, medication history, reminders about upcoming visits or refills, and more. Pet Portal is a convenient way to stay connected to your veterinarian and includes information and records from North Madison Animal Hospital.
What Else Can Pet Portal Do?
Using Pet Portal allows you to access a complete online library of helpful information and insight into caring for your pet, whether you’re a cat person, a dog person, or prefer companions which are a bit more “exotic.” You can easily search articles and videos on vaccinations, standard exams or tests your pet may need, and other topics related to your pet’s health and quality of life. We’d appreciate it if you shared a photo of your pet as well; we love showing off our clients!
We know how complicated personal schedules can be these days. If you need to set up an appointment, ask a question, or make boarding arrangements outside of normal business hours, you can contact us through Pet Portal for pretty much any non-emergency. If circumstances change – you acquire a new pet, lose a beloved pet, move, etc. – you can let us know through the Pet Portal as well. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible to communicate with us and to find what you need to know when you need to know it.
